## Part III — Dissolution Fail-Safe (WCL-1.0 only)

If WellSpr.ing ceases operations as defined below, all WCL-licensed software automatically reverts to standard MIT license terms, removing all covenant obligations.
|
|
|
|
**WCL-1.1 note:** This dissolution clause is removed in WCL-1.1, replaced by a federated node architecture. WCL-1.1 supersedes this clause for all future releases.
